WHAT IS THE EXPIRATION DATE OF THE PRODUCTS?
All skincare and beauty items, including makeup, will have an expiration date which is mentioned on the product itself.
Collectiveli ensures that all products you receive will have a minimum of one (1) year before they are expired except for single use products like sheet masks and samples with a minimum of six (6) months before their expiration date (including all sale items). Our policy ensures that you can use the product fully during its POA (period after opening).
WHAT FORMS OF ONLINE PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express and Apple Pay.
ARE SAMPLES INCLUDED?
Yes! We love for you to try new products so regardless of the amount you order, we will always provide free samples.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
You can make any amendments to your order as long as it has not been shipped out yet. We will send an email once the order has been confirmed and once the product has been shipped. We take 1 to 10 days (except for Sundays and Public Holidays) before products will be shipped out to ensure the quality of your order. Please send us an email to email@example.com should you wish to make any changes to your order.
HOW CAN I USE DISCOUNT/COUPON CODES?
Discount and coupon codes can be entered once you’re in the cart of your online purchase.

Product Description and Ingredients
Manufacturers may occasionally update their ingredient list or product descriptions, therefore we recommend to refer directly to the packaging of the product for the most up to date information. Collectiveli continuously updates the website to reflect these changes as soon as we can.
Collectiveli will not be held liable for any of the claims that the brands make of the product. We may omit certain product claims on our website, should we feel these claims are unrealistic.
Product Authenticity Reassurance
We work with distributors and partners that work directly with the brands we provide, ensuring that the products are 100% authentic. We also inspect each product before we ship it out to you for expiration dates and quality.
Please note that certain products will come with an authenticity label for reassurance as well. This label is for you to check that the products you receive are 100% authentic. Only certain brands and products will include this label.
